Video From Traffic Tactics Live $25,000 Seminar: "Focus only on two things: Traffic and Conversion"
Here's the video from the seminar. They initially said that only 500 people would be allowed on the seminar, but there were well over 4,000 people on the webinar, where they answer all of the questions that have been posed in this blog earlier.
What they say is that there are only two things you need to focus on, the rest should be outsourced:
1) Getting more traffic
2) Converting that traffic
Everything else should be outsourced. I wholeheartedly agree.
